He has authored/reviewed 500+ legislative texts across finance, energy, education and environmental sectors, advised the Jordanian Parliament and the Legislation and Opinion Bureau, chaired the Procurement Complaints Review Committee, and contributed to reforming Jordan’s Government Procurement Regulations in 2019 and 2022.
