Senior Iraqi legal professional with a Ph.D. in Private Law (Civil Law), Mohammed Saleh Al-Muhanna serves as Managing Director (Alqadhaa-Alwaqif) and is Head of the Iraqi Bar Association and Head of the Al-Muhanna Center for Advocacy and Legal Consultations.
