Ohad Phillip is Founding Partner who heads the firm's commercial and high-tech departments, advising a broad client base including early-stage startups, mature corporates, investors and family offices on transactional matters such as license agreements, business partnerships, IP, corporate governance, M&A and labor law. He has a strong reputation in fintech, digital assets and emerging financial technologies, was ranked a leading FinTech lawyer in Chambers 2026, and previously clerked in the Economic Department of the Tel Aviv District Court and interned at the Israeli Supreme Court.
