Advises on strategic commercial transactions and disputes in the converging fields of telecommunications, media and technology — including acquisitions, joint ventures, outsourcings and product rollouts — and is a key advisor on TMT regulation to ecommerce, media and online brands and major Australian telecommunications carriers, regularly advising on regulation of emerging technologies.
