Charles Scerri is a Partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth and a former leading commercial silk with over 20 years' experience. He specialises in regulatory investigations and disputes, competition and class actions particularly in the energy and natural resources sector, has appeared in the Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court of Victoria, and has been engaged by large corporates and government bodies including the Australian government, the Victorian government and the Papua New Guinea government and the ACCC.
