Stephen Stern is a Partner at Corrs Chambers Westgarth in Australia and an experienced senior commercial litigator specialising in patent, copyright and trade mark litigation, including anti-counterfeiting work. He also has a significant wine law practice and was appointed a Chevalier in the Ordre du Mérite Agricole in 2006; he is widely recognised in legal directories as a leading trade mark lawyer.
