Anastasiya Gamble is a partner at Simpson Grierson and a specialist corporate and commercial lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, joint ventures, corporate governance and overseas investment. She regularly acts on complex, high-profile transactions for domestic and international clients including major corporates, private equity and investment banks, and has been recognised in Legal 500 Asia Pacific 2026 and Chambers Asia-Pacific 2026 and was the winner of Young Private Practice Lawyer of the Year at the 2022 New Zealand Law Awards.
