Rebecca Rendle

Rebecca Rendle is a Partner at Simpson Grierson and heads the firm’s Employment National Practice Group. She advises on all aspects of employment law — including restructures, personal grievances, restraints of trade, privacy, holiday pay compliance, cultural reviews, workplace investigations, and disciplinary and performance management — and regularly represents clients at mediations, the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court; she is a trustee of the Fletcher Building Employee Education Fund and a columnist for BusinessDesk and was recognised by Asia Pacific Legal 500 and Chambers Asia-Pacific in 2026.
