Partner at Simpson Grierson who heads the firm's IP/ICT National Practice Group, advising leading FMCG, pharmaceutical, IT and sports companies on both contentious and non-contentious IP, life sciences and technology matters. He has acted in major trade mark appeals (including Court of Appeal and Supreme Court), been involved in significant patent disputes, and advises on pharmaceutical regulation, commercialisation and PHARMAC supply negotiations.
