Daniel Erickson is a Partner at Tompkins Wake who leads the firm's Employment and Health & Safety Practice Group and specialises in employment law for employers. He represents clients in the Employment Relations Authority and Employment Court, advises on executive employment matters, assists with WorkSafe investigations and District Court health & safety prosecutions, and conducts external workplace investigations into issues such as bullying, harassment and breaches of fidelity.
