Mark Hammond

Mark Hammond is a Partner and an experienced advocate who for over 15 years has focused on employment and health and safety law, acting for both employers and employees. He has acted as lead counsel in Court of Appeal cases (including matters involving restraints of trade and employer obligations in bullying complaints) and has appeared as counsel in the International Court of Arbitration, London.
