Zandra Wackenier is a Partner at Tompkins Wake and an experienced family lawyer with over 16 years' practice, advising on relationship and trust property division, contracting-out agreements, spousal maintenance, child support and international family law; she has a particular interest and specialty in reproductive law and appears regularly in the Family Court and has appeared as counsel in the High Court and Court of Appeal. She is a contributing author for Westlaw Family Law and a member of the New Zealand Law Society Family Law Section.
