Partner with over 26 years' experience in New South Wales and Victoria advising institutional and private commercial clients on construction, engineering and infrastructure matters including tenders, project documentation, project risk management and the management and resolution of disputes. He is an official contributor to Construction Law in Australia (3rd ed., 2011), regularly presents at industry forums, conducts in‑house training and is a guest lecturer at the University of Melbourne; member of the Society of Construction Law (Australia) and the Law Institute of Victoria.
