Thomas Gaffney is a Partner at Thomsons with over a decade of experience advising government and commercial clients on the strategic resolution of complex disputes and in the management of litigation and arbitrations. He advises on disputes relating to procurement, contracting and contract administration, defence capability acquisition and sustainment, construction and infrastructure, public and administrative law, energy and resources, and digital/cyber matters, and has acted in Australian and English courts and in international and domestic arbitrations under a range of rules; he is chair of the ACT Committee of ACICA.
