David Gaszner

David Gaszner is a Partner at Thomsons in Australia who litigates and mediates complex corporate, commercial and regulatory disputes across all Australian jurisdictions, including corporations law, intellectual property, competition and consumer law, franchising, agribusiness and education. He is an accredited mediator since 1993, a Distinguished Fellow of the International Academy of Mediators, Chair of the Law Council of Australia's Federal Court Liaison Committee and Federal Circuit Court Liaison Committee, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
