He specialises in obtaining merger clearances and navigating ACCC investigations and brings regulatory experience from roles in the Enforcement and Mergers divisions of the ACCC and the Australian Energy Regulator; he was previously a senior member of a Magic Circle global antitrust team and is dual qualified in Australia and New York.
