Partner at Thomsons specialising in equity and debt capital markets, corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions, advising on public and private fundraising, IPOs and cross-border transactions with an Asia focus. She advises on the Corporations Act, ASX listing rules, corporate restructuring and governance; she was named by the Australian Financial Review as one of the 100 Women of Influence in Australia (2018) and is a co-founder/director of the School of Policy and Governance and holds leadership roles in Australia–India organisations.
