Ben is Of Counsel in the Debt Finance Group and advises financial institutions, sponsors, funds and corporates on a range of domestic and cross-border financings. Ben has extensive experience advising lenders, borrowers and sponsors on a variety of financing transactions, including fund financing (subscription, asset backed and hybrid facilities), leveraged and acquisition financing and corporate lending.
