Stephen Carson is Partner and Head of the Asset Management & Investment Funds group at A&L Goodbody LLP in Ireland and served as Head of the firm's London office from 2018 to 2022. He advises international asset managers and investment banks on the establishment and authorisation of UCITS, AIFs, ETFs, money market funds, hedge funds, private equity and property funds, on authorisation of UCITS management companies and AIFMs, and acts for promoters and service providers (including investment managers, fund administrators and depositaries) on depositary, administration, prime brokerage and other service agreements.
