James Grennan

James Grennan is a Partner at A&L Goodbody LLP in Ireland and Head of the firm's Insurance group within its Corporate department. He specialises in insurance law and regulation, advising life and non-life insurers, health insurers, reinsurers, captives and intermediaries on authorisation, ongoing regulation, cross-border services, M&A and regulatory matters; he managed A&L Goodbody’s London office from 1995–1999 and advised the Irish Government on establishment of the Irish Financial Regulator.
