He advises on competition law—including merger control and joint ventures, enforcement (leniency, dawn raids, compliance), follow-on damages and State aid—and has represented clients before the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission and the European Commission, with sector experience in telecommunications, energy, aviation, banking, insurance, healthcare, food & beverage and petroleum.
