David Rowan

David Rowan is a Partner and Head of A&L Goodbody's Corporate and M&A group in Belfast. He is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a transactional practice focusing on public and private mergers and acquisitions, leveraged and management buyouts, group reorganisations, strategic and venture capital investments, joint ventures/partnerships and commercial contracts; he has acted for businesses across a range of sectors and previously worked in the London office of a leading US law firm. He is a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and in England and Wales.
