Partner in PLMJ's EU and Competition Law practice with over 15 years' experience advising public and private clients on competition law matters (state aid, cartel cases, abuse of dominant position, vertical agreements, merger control and compliance programmes). Represents clients before the Portuguese Competition Authority, the European Commission and Portuguese and European courts.
