Carmen Baptista Rosa is a Partner in PLMJ's Real Estate and Tourism practice and heads the firm's Faro office. With almost 20 years' experience she advises tourism and real estate clients (notably owners of tourism developments and hotels) on real estate, corporate, commercial contracts and trademarks, and has a solid background in litigation and arbitration; she is a director of the British‑Portuguese Chamber of Commerce.
