Partner and co-head of PLMJ's Real Estate and Tourism practice, advising investors and real estate developers on transactions and development projects involving purchase, sale, lease and use of a wide range of properties. He has over 15 years' experience across all phases of real estate projects, including corporate and financing structures, portfolio acquisitions, sale-and-leaseback deals, construction and sale of logistics parks, office buildings, shopping centres and retail parks, and urban rehabilitation operations.
