Partner at Abreu Advogados since 2022, specialising in corporate/M&A, real estate and project finance, with experience in acquisitions and sales of companies, restructurings, mergers/demergers, international contracts and monitoring foreign investment. He has advised national and international clients across petrochemical, health (diagnostics), textile and transport sectors, has significant real estate work in the wine sector (Douro), co‑authored a chapter on Portugal in a handbook on the Societas Europaea, and has served as Honorary Consul of the Kingdom of Belgium in Oporto since 2009.
