Robert Romansky is a Partner at BAHR who advises on public and private transactions, investments, joint ventures and commercial contracts, frequently handling large and complex deals in the Nordics. He represents private equity and venture capital funds, Norwegian and international blue-chip companies and family offices; he has been a lawyer since 1999 and joined BAHR in 2026, and is a graduate of the Faculty of Law, University of Oslo.
