Head of BAHR’s Environment & Energy practice group, advising energy sector clients on electricity markets, renewable energy, infrastructure and oil & gas, with extensive experience in company law, corporate governance, M&A, regulatory matters, contentious matters and anti-corruption. Recent work includes advising Aker and Aker BP on the acquisition of Lundin Energy Norway AS and advising Freyr Battery on transactions, corporate governance and project development matters.
