Partner at BAHR and member of the firm's Tax and Dispute Resolution teams, Simen Skjold Søgaard is an experienced litigator who has handled cases before Norwegian courts, the EFTA Court and in arbitration. He specialises in tax (including VAT), commercial disputes and administrative law, and was admitted to the Norwegian Supreme Court in 2020.
