Attorney-at-Law and Of Counsel at Bratschi Ltd in Switzerland, advising companies and private individuals on international banking law, antitrust, corporate law, IT/Internet law, blockchain (crypto assets) and media law. Longstanding academic with service as Professor of Civil, Business and European Law at the University of Zurich (1995–2016); also acts as an arbitrator and expert for state authorities and holds ongoing university centre roles.
