Partner in the Tax & Structuring department at Castrén & Snellman with over 20 years' experience advising domestic and international companies. Specialises in corporate taxation, international tax law, mergers and acquisitions and tax litigation; defended a doctoral thesis in tax law (1998) and has been an adjunct professor of tax law at the University of Helsinki since 2002.
