Topi Lusenius is a Partner at Castrén & Snellman in Finland and a member of the firm's Data & Technology practice. He advises domestic and international companies on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious technology and outsourcing matters — including ICT procurement and delivery, cloud/as-a-service offerings, licensing and R&D — and has acted on technology-driven M&A and capital investments; he previously served as Lead Counsel for a Nordic ICT corporation.
