Partner at VISCHER and co‑founder of the firm (2000), he leads the Information and Communication Technology and Media & Entertainment groups and focuses on intellectual property, entertainment and online law. He holds a lic. iur. (1988) and Dr. iur. (1990) from the University of Zurich, completed continuing education in entertainment law at UCLA (1992), and previously served as a court clerk and in IP-focused associate roles including in the IP department of a leading London firm (1994); he also lectures on online law.
