Partner at VISCHER in Switzerland advising on M&A, corporate law, securities and capital markets regulation and banking & finance; he is Head of VISCHER's Practice Group 'Listed Companies' and Co-Head of the Practice Group 'Corporate/M&A'. Admitted to the bar in 1995, he joined VISCHER in 1998 and has been a partner since 2005; he holds a lic. iur. (1992) and Dr. iur. (1997) from the University of Basel and an LL.M. (1998) from the London School of Economics, and is a member of the Zurich Bar Association, Swiss Bar Association, IBA, SECA and the German‑Swiss Lawyers Association.
