Partner at VISCHER and Head of the tax and social security team, Nadia Tarolli Schmidt advises on national and international tax matters, corporate restructuring, M&A, estate planning and tax litigation. She joined VISCHER in 2005, has co-led the tax team since 2009, serves as a judge at the Tax Court for the canton of Basel-City and is editor of the commentary on Basle tax law.
