Diego Avendaño

نبذة

Associate in Cuatrecasas' Labour and Employment department in Chile, advising on labour law and social security law and representing national and international clients in complex labour lawsuits. He also advises on occupational health and safety and corporate labour matters, is a member of the Chilean Society of Labor Law and Social Security Law, and has served as an assistant lecturer in labour law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile since 2015 (in 2024 began collaborating as an assistant in the university's Clinic Jurídica) and was a lecturer in forensic writing at Universidad Nacional Andrés Bello.
