Partner at Cuatrecasas based in Chile, specialist in international arbitration and alternative dispute resolution advising on trade and investment arbitrations under bilateral investment treaties. He has acted in disputes arising from construction and infrastructure contracts, share purchase agreements and power concession/purchase agreements, and has participated in ICC, UNCITRAL, ICSID and major Latin American arbitration proceedings; he served as Latin American regional representative at the ICC Young Arbitrators Forum and was an assistant lecturer at Universidad de Montevideo.
