Partner at Cuatrecasas in Chile focusing on the energy sector, advising on project development, acquisitions, international project financing and negotiating electricity supply, interconnection, construction and operation contracts. He also handles judicial reviews and disciplinary proceedings in the energy sector and previously served as head of the Legal Division of Chile’s Superintendence of Electricity and Fuels; he has worked as a foreign associate at Milbank LLP in New York and taught postgraduate courses at Universidad Finis Terrae.
