Juan Carlos Puentes is a partner at Cuatrecasas in Colombia who advises financial institutions — including multilateral organisations, commercial banks and sponsors — on complex financing transactions for toll roads, ports, airports, energy and other infrastructure projects. He previously worked at leading law firms in Colombia, New York and Tokyo, is admitted to practice in Colombia and the State of New York (2017), and has lectured on corporate finance at Universidad del Rosario in Bogotá.
