Partner at Cuatrecasas in Mexico who advises national and international clients on project and structured financings and refinancings, restructurings and capital markets matters and is highly regarded in banking & finance and financial regulation. She has handled cross-border transactions for both creditors and debtors, worked as an international lawyer in New York (2007–2009) on financings, capital markets and M&A in Latin America, and previously served as chief legal officer at Barclays Bank Mexico and at Mexico’s Institutional Stock Exchange (BIVA).
