Senior Associate based in Mexico advising national and international companies on energy and infrastructure matters, including exploration and operation contract awards, farm-outs with Petróleos Mexicanos, pipelines, storage terminals and EPC contracts for power and production plants. He also advises on electricity-sector regulatory issues, concessions for water resources, charter parties for vessels and rigs, regulatory compliance and coordination of in-house corporate investigations (including matters involving the US Department of Justice).
