Advises national and international companies (fishing, finance, services and agricultural sectors) and individuals on tax obligations and efficient wealth and investment structures, including Amazon regime matters, business group restructuring, M&A, financial transactions (tax structures and investments through funds and trusts), and tax auditing and judicial review proceedings; formerly head of tax and legal consultancy at PwC in Peru and member of the Lima Bar Association and the Peruvian Institute of Tax Law.
