Kiomi Osorio is a Partner at Cuatrecasas in Peru who advises national and international clients on M&A, corporate law, banking and financial transactions, capital markets, insurance and financial regulation. She works on cross-border share and asset deals, domestic and international securities offerings (including SEC Rule 144A and US Regulation S), traditional and structured finance, project finance and investment funds; she is a member of the Lima Bar Association and lectures at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú.
