Partner at Cuatrecasas based in Portugal, specialising in complex national and international court and arbitration proceedings and acting also as an arbitrator. He has extensive experience in class actions and antitrust private enforcement, privacy and consumer-rights disputes, has handled matters across sectors including information technology, banking, automotive, construction, energy and aviation, and has acted in ad hoc and institutional arbitrations (ICC, LCIA, CAC/CCIP); he has served on the arbitrator list of the Commercial Arbitration Center of the Portuguese Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is a member of the Spanish and Iberoamerican Arbitration Club.
