Senior Associate at Cuatrecasas in Portugal with extensive experience in intellectual property, advertising and media law, new technologies (computer law) and data protection. Advises on conflicts involving intellectual and industrial property rights, unfair competition and advertising, and on distribution and license agreements; since 2011 she has lectured on legal protection of trademarks in the Branding and Trademark Management course at IADE.
