Pedro Marques Bom

Pedro Marques Bom is a Partner at Cuatrecasas and coordinator of the firm's Competition and EU Law Department with over 20 years' experience. From 2013 to 2019 he served as Director-General of Investigation at the Portuguese Competition Authority (AdC), overseeing antitrust, merger control and litigation; earlier roles include associate at a law firm, Advisor to the Board of the AdC, Director of the Competition Department at the Portuguese Health Regulation Authority, and legal officer in the AdC's merger control department.
