Partner at Cuatrecasas based in Portugal, advising on national and international transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and commercial agreements (distribution, outsourcing and IT services), with recent work in the financial, distribution and technology sectors. He is qualified to practise in Portugal, Brazil (São Paulo), England & Wales (solicitor) and New York (attorney and counselor at law), is a member of the firm's German desk and has been an assistant lecturer at Universidade Católica Portuguesa since 2001; he is also the author of a book on voting rights in the capital market.
