João Sequeira Sena

João Sequeira Sena is a senior associate at Cuatrecasas in Portugal focusing on public law, including public procurement, the awarding and negotiation of public contracts, infrastructure, judicial review, arbitration, corporate/M&A and regulatory matters. He has particular experience in the energy, urban planning, transport and environmental sectors, completed a secondment at the Cuatrecasas Madrid office from July 2022 to June 2023, is a member of the Portuguese Bar Association, and since 2017 has served as a guest assistant lecturer at Instituto Superior de Economia e Gestão and as a research assistant at the Public Law Research Center of the Faculty of Law of Universidade de Lisboa.
