Partner at Cuatrecasas based in Spain, with expertise in corporate acquisition financing, syndicated and bilateral loans, real estate financing, securitization, project and infrastructure financing and structured guarantees. She focuses on the secondary loan trading markets, advising investment banks, broker-dealers and other financial institutions (including hedge funds) on trading syndicated loans, credit rights and other high-yield products, and advises on loan-to-own strategies, NPL portfolio investments and complex pre-insolvency restructurings; she also lectures at the School of Law at Universidad de Navarra and worked at Eurosafei, S.V., S.A. in 2004.
