Partner at Cuatrecasas in Spain who advises on financing of infrastructure, renewable energy and real estate projects through PPP and PFI and using both simple and syndicated structures (including sale-and-lease-back and off-balance-sheet transactions). He lectures at Universidad de Navarra and Universidad CEU San Pablo, is a member of the Madrid Bar Association, and has worked for the European Investment Bank’s legal department.
